Licensing
The Keythings Wallet extension and supporting SDK code are distributed under the Keeta Token Network Community License (v1.0). The text below summarizes how that license applies to the source in keythings-extension-wallet and to this documentation set.
Keeta Token Network Community License
The repository is governed by the Keeta Token Network Community License. In brief, the license permits use, modification, and distribution of the code when the work aligns with the Keeta Token Network mission. It restricts running the software in ways that would compete with or devalue the Keeta network and prevents publishing forks as “official” Keeta products. No trademark or branding rights are transferred. The license is published by Keeta and may be updated; contributors are expected to follow the most recent version.

Documentation
This documentation inherits the same licensing terms as the wallet repository. You may reference the content for integration work, but derivative publications should clearly credit the Keeta team and indicate when content is modified.
Third-Party Components
The wallet bundles open-source dependencies (React, Vite, Vitest, Playwright, Zod, etc.) that retain their original licenses. Those licenses govern the respective packages; consult package.json andLICENSE files within node_modules for details. Nothing in the Keeta license alters third-party obligations.
Usage Guidelines
- Build on the codebase when contributions benefit the Keeta network or its broader ecosystem.
- Do not rebrand the wallet or claim official status without permission from the Keeta team.
- Respect the Keeta trademark and branding policies documented in the license.
- Reach out before deploying forks aimed at alternative or competing networks.
